Dennis R. Dunrud

Dennis Randal Dunrud of Molalla died Oct. 9, 2013. He was 83. He was born Jan. 3, 1930, in Minnesota to Edwin and Elsie Dunrud. He married Darlene (Lindland) Dunrud Sept. 7, 1950.

He grew up in the Molalla area and graduated from Colton High school and was in the U.S. Air Force.

He was a retired electrician and a member of Molalla Rotary and the Molalla Buckeroo Board of Directors. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, bowling and entertaining.

He is survived by his daughter and son-in-law, Denise and Mark Hubbard of Beavercreek; daughter-in-law, Marla Dunrud; and two grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Darlene Dunrud; son, Dan Dunrud; and twin brother, Dan Dunrud.

Dennis was initiated into the IBEW in August 1950. He retired in June 1995.
