Melvin J. Cavin
Melvin joined Local 48 in November 1978. He retired in July 2013. He is survived by his sons, Jeff and Kris. A service will be held on May 17th at 10 AM at Holman’s Funeral Home 2610 SE Hawthorn Blvd, Portland, Or.
