William L. Lumpkin
William joined Local 48 in August 1951. He retired in February 1990. He passed away on March 3, 2016. A memorial service will be held on March 24, 2 PM at the Sunnyside Little Chapel of the Chimes, 11667 SE Stevens Rd, Portland, Oregon.
