Early Start to September General Membership Meeting

The General Membership Meeting on Wednesday, September 25th will start a bit earlier than usual, as we have a special guest presentation that will begin at 5:45pm. Gordon Lafer from the Labor Education & Research Center (LERC) will be joining us to discuss how the American Legislative Exchange Council (ALEC) is working to eliminate union and worker rights.

Due to this early start, the doors at our three meeting locations will open at 4:45pm. For dinner we'll be serving pulled pork and turkey in Portland, spaghetti in Aloha, and street tacos in Longview.
